She has since cultivated a lifestyle in Southern Georgian Bay and brings over 15 years of experience in Customer Service, Marketing, and New home sales to real estate. With an education in Investment Funds through the Institute of Canadian Bankers and a license in Property Management, Rashika understands the value of owning a home. This has provided her with valuable skills that she uses daily in real estate negotiations, educating homebuyers and sellers, and keeping a pulse on the industry.
